Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that tours require a minimum of 5 people to proceed. If the minimum requirement is unmet, we will email you to notify you of the cancellation and issue a refund. If you need to cancel a private tour, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. For private groups, please arrive within 15 minutes of the tour start time to avoid the guide canceling the tour without a refund.
